Tyler Johnson

My name is Tyler Johnson and I am a manager with extensive retail and grocery experience. I have worked in Big Box Retail as well as the grocery sector in a variety of capacities where I have proven outstanding Customer Service skills and financial profitability for my employer. I understand companies' business, compliance, operational and customer service needs including planning, production, budgeting, wage forecasting, communication and people development. In my various positions, I have excelled at establishing trust and credibility with customers and colleagues through top notch customer service and growing sales and profitability as an operational unit. In my current role as Regional Director of Operations, I oversee 17 stores in the Central Wisconsin area. My areas of responsibility include; financial accountability through budgets and P&L's, regional merchandising, purchasing, new store acquisition, training, recruiting as well as all facets of operating a successful chain. Prior to this, for three years, I served as the District Compliance Champion where I was in charge of directing, teaching, training and monitoring compliance and regulatory related issues for up to six stores in our market while taking responsibility for directing a management team and 300 associates in facility operations, merchandising and corporate expectations. I am looking for an Executive level management position, where I can develop a companies revenue and standings in customer service. I would be interested in a District/Regional/National level position that requires leadership across a business group and multiple customer bases.
