About

I am an extremely motivated individual that has a wide variety of skills. My hobbies and passions have driven me to develop a skill set focused in R&D, designing and developing new product, and quality management in a diverse portfolio of wearable devices, from knee braces in the medical industry to the Next Generation Fixed Wing Helmet (NGFWH) for the USAF. Through my work experience and hobbies I have an extensive knowledge of Manufacturing, R&D, Conceptual Thinking, Problem Solving, Continuous Improvement, and Quality Standards. My hobbies and skillset often intermingle and provide myself with a well-rounded knowledge in a variety of industries. I am passionate about the product life cycle and I have the ability to learn new processes quickly and communicate well. I understand the entire product development life cycle and implementation of a conceptual product to production release, both as a finished good and manufacturing perspective. I have effectively worn multiple hats in an organization, from a Product Design Engineer to Quality Manager while still meeting and exceeding KPI's. Maintaining multiple responsibilities within an organization requires time and resource management to effectively accomplish tasks without delaying projects or goals. I am entirely self driven and possess a great potential to learn new processes as well as improve on old ones. I enjoy focusing on New Product Development and maintaining high Quality standards within an organization by using my skills and background to come up with new and innovative designs. Specialties: Product Development, Conceptual Ideation, Prototyping, Manufacturing, Injection Molding and Tool Design, CNC Milling/Turning, Composite Molding and Tool Design, ISO 9001:2015, Quality Standards, Production Standards, Lean Manufacturing, Product Innovation, Continuous Improvement, Project Management, Business Startup, Supplier Management, and Leading Cross-Functional Teams
