Adjusts recipes to sustain extraordinary product quality. • Inspects and measures the products to verify conformance to specifications. • Enforces personal safety and food safety, Extraordinary quality, and Good Manufacturing Practice regulations. • Analyzes and resolves production opportunities and assists employees in solving problems. • Estimates, requisitions, and inspects materials and inventory transfers/control. - Hands on approach to the onboarding and the long term development of new hires.

Being the supplier/provider of choice by creating and providing excellent customer service. • Manages time to meet customer demands, increase sales, and provide proactive customer service. • Merchandises product correctly according to product mix, rotation cycle, and color code compliance and arranges neatly at point of display. • Performs job safely by adhering to all company policies, and federal and local safety regulation.
