I have spent the past seven years building my career in the asphalt and emulsion industry, where I focus on strengthening transportation performance, supporting plant operations, and partnering closely with the Commercial team to ensure our customers receive safe, timely, and reliable service. My work centers on coordinating the movement of asphalt binders, emulsions, and specialty products across multiple regions, helping align logistics execution with customer expectations and business goals. Before entering the asphalt and emulsion sector, I held a variety of supply chain and logistics roles in the agriculture industry. That experience gave me a strong foundation in vendor relationships, transportation planning, inventory coordination, and cross‑functional communication. Working in agriculture taught me how to manage seasonal demand, navigate time‑sensitive materials, and build resilient supply chains — skills that translate directly into the operational demands of the asphalt and emulsion business. Across both industries, I’ve developed a reputation for building strong, collaborative relationships with Commercial leaders, plant teams, and other key business partners. I work closely with these groups to understand customer needs, align delivery schedules, reduce service disruptions, and ensure our logistics operations support both customer satisfaction and long‑term business growth. My focus is on being a reliable partner who helps bridge the gap between operations and the Commercial organization. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business from Purdue University and a Master’s degree in Management from Colorado State University, educational experiences that strengthened my understanding of organizational leadership, strategic decision‑making, and operational excellence.
