Fine art for architecture atelier specializing in hand painted wallpapers, bespoke wall finishes, precious metals, and one of kind original artworks, catering to the interior design, luxury hospitality, and high end retail markets. My role with Callidus Guild involved daily management of an artists' studio and work shops spread over 3 spaces, with rotating crews of artisans producing work both in studio and on site in residential and commercial properties. I also functioned in an account services capacities for key clients including Tiffany & Co, David Collins Studio, Gabellini Sheppard, The Beekman Hotel, and various private clients.

A full service audio studio with post production audio and video facilities, Sound80 primarily performed post production services for mass market clients such as Target and Papa Johns. My role was the timely duplication, quality assurance, pre-flighting and trafficking of broad cast commercials spots to networks in various formats. I also laid down closed captioning, assembled reels and compilations, logged and captured footage, and streamlined the firm's video library catalogue systems.

Large scale multi department media buying and placement agency dealing with nationwide insertions and ad traffic for a wide array of clients. As part of the buying department team, I ensured that media buys were placed with publications, trafficked, and confirmed in a timely fashion, QA'd all tear sheets and advised clients on a minute-by-minute basis as to availability of ad space in publications throughout the US. I negotiated restitution on behalf of clients for errors or misprints, partnering with companies including Apple, IBM, and Home Depot.

Boutique advertising and branding agency focused on luxury fashion, fragrance, beauty, real estate, and hospitality sectors. As studio director, I partner with creatives and the executive team to ensure deliverable requirements are met and that creative output is up to agency standards. My purview includes managing daily art department operations, drafting SOWs and timelines, forward planning, resource allocation, staffing, vendor relationships, copy editing and the management of book and exhibition catalogue projects. I ensure that projects run smoothly, serving as a facilitator and communications link between the art department, post production, account services, and out of house vendors.
