As a Reconstruction Project Manager, I run and manage construction jobs from start to finish with the majority of jobs being residential. - Assist with estimating projects and overcoming rejections. - Gathering engineering and permit applications together for submittal. - Planning, Budgeting, quality control, and running reconstruction projects from beginning to end. - Incentivized to run projects based on speed and profit margins. - Handle all accounts receivable for the jobs including overseeing the payment of the subs. - Run anywhere from 20-30 jobs at any given time all in different construction phases. - Estimated, sold, and ran insurance reconstruction projects dealing with wind, fire, or water damage. - Wrote estimates using Xactimate or Symbility. - Budgeted, scheduled and coordinated job with sub contractors and Customers. - Handled all customer service issues and payment collections for each project. - Ran on average 15-20 jobs at one time varying in size and complexity. - Estimated, coordinated and budgeted roof only jobs for insurance and non insurance claims.

Run, organize and coordinate multiple reconstruction jobs from pre-production to completion. Daily responsibilities listed below. - Estimate job using Xactimate or Symbity - Communicate and coordinate with Third Party Administrators and Insurance Adjusters - Create budgets for each job - Coordinate and assign sub-contractors based on work that needs to be done - Provide timely job updates to all interested parties (homeowners, Insured, adjusters, etc) - Review invoices and job costs to check for accuracy. - Collect payment for completed jobs

- Managed multiple talent acquisition projects for clients varying from 1 to 10 hires at once. - Governed clients needs and expectations on a contract, contract to hire, and direct hire basis. - Negotiated client and vendor contractual obligations and billing - Maintained client and vendor relationships. - Created scope of work for new projects and administered change orders and request for proposals (RFI) as - well as scheduling. - Assisted with timesheet documentation and submittal and expense reporting. - Gathered requirements from client to assist in the creation of the scope of work or proposal. - Conducted weekly client site visit and documentation.
