My key responsibility at Union Mutual was to assist the analytics department in providing senior management with strategic analysis. This involved utilizing many tools and software programs. I used MSSQL and Postgresql to mine and manipulate data for further analysis. I utilized Excel, Tableau, and other BI tools to analyze data that was gathered through SQL. I also spent time improving dashboards in excel by using VBA coding to automate Excel Dashboard updates. Other key roles included: Developed a customer survey and educational video provided to insureds Researched and tested IDE’s, presenting the findings to the Analytics department Converted MSSQL queries to Postgresql queries

My responsibilities included the preparation of residential and commercial sites, including drainage, foundations, waterline and parking lots. The time spent at J. Hutchins Inc. was spent alongside supervisors interpreting blue prints, determining build specifications using general/applied mathematics and ensuring a job was done with quality and safety.

My responsibilities include scheduling, planning and the management of a special rights individuals time and activities. In order to achieve this, we sit down and set goals that he would like to accomplish,in his social life, work life and health. We then design and implement a plan that will aid in achieving his goals. Some of these plans have been creating and utilizing a workout schedule, or marketing his company to local businesses. Through the time spent with this individual I have learned how to communicate at any level (authoritative, personal, business), how to become a more sincere person and how to focus and drive towards new goals. This position has provided me with the tools to speak and deliver a message to anyone at any position.
