Tyler is a co-founder and Managing Partner of Switch Consulting Group, a firm that focuses on the people side of transformations. Switch believes Change Management is more than an implementation plan or checklist – it’s evolving an organization to enable change.  We partner with clients when they have projects that will transform their organization, working with leaders to ensure future state visions are clear, leaders are aligned, employees are engaged and there are plans for communication and training.   Tyler is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) with over 19 years of experience in management consulting. She has private equity, public company, strategic acquisition, and restructuring experience across a diverse industry base. She is passionate about enabling and empowering people to adapt and thrive in changing situations. She is a member of the 2022 Emory University 40 Under 40 class, and serves on the Goizueta Business School Alumni Board, as well as the City Academy of Atlanta Board.
