Campus registrar for Pacific Northwest College of Art. Primary School Certifying Official for VA-funded students. Manages all aspects of university participation in Title 38 education programs, coordinating annual catalog renewals with the Oregon Department of Veteran Affairs (2024, 2025), certifying enrollments, troubleshooting payment issues, and responding to compliance surveys.
