Directed school library program and managed media equipment including organizing and producing the morning instructional television school wide broadcast.

Provided individualized and small group counseling; developed and taught classroom guidance on conflict resolution, peer listening and assisting, dealing with bullying, internet safety information, stress management, understanding and handling loss, managing anger and hurt feelings, and learning to feel good and develop self-esteem. Collaborated with teachers handling their own conflicts and issues. Developed behavioral management plans for difficult students. Developed, taught, and utilized my own guidance curriculum.

I provided academic advisement to undergraduate education students at the campuses in Jacksonville, Ocala, Orlando and Tampa, Florida. I assisted students in meeting their educational course requirements that enabled them to receive entrance, as certified teachers, in elementary education in the State of Florida. When I was not at the offsite locations, I facilitated the students by providing face-to-face consultation via compressed video, email, and telephone communication.

Worked with parents, teachers, the social worker and school psychologist in developing appropriate individualized behavioral plans and rewards. * Designed the Citizen of the Week Program to recognize students displaying positive attitudes and behavior. * Created and implemented the morning television broadcast program. * Taught and assisted in the summer school program. * 1992 voted "Teacher of the Year" at my school by my peers.
