Implemented Prince2 planning and reporting practices from program to board level. • Turned around complex program to launch first Renesas Mobile 3G platform, with demanding Japanese customer, only 12 months after the formation of the company • Drove development and delivery of first 4G (LTE) triple mode data products (electronic hardware, embedded software and RF) to multiple overseas customers.
