Eyeflite's goal is to improve people's daily lives through Virtual Reality via head tracking. We're enabling people with disabilities to communicate and control smart devices around them using only head movement. Our Ava software allows users to connect to the internet, watch videos on YouTube, send text messages, play games and more - all hands-free. My role has been to assist with Research and Design as the team moves towards launching their product. Creating personas, drafting test scripts and recruiting participants for usability testing of features within the VR headset. Design and branding applied to their website to incorporate more accessibility, as well as new display materials to be used at trade shows and demos.

Managed 12 homeowner Associations by working with each Board of Directors to maintain, enhance and improve their communities. prepared and lead board meetings to review the association finances, scheduled projects and maintenance needs. Regular tasks included gathering vendor bids for services and compiling bid analyses for board review and approval. In the Fall, data was assembled to create budgets for the fiscal year, and was also responsible for monthly financial review.
