Throughout my career, I have led organizations through critical phases of expansion, restructuring, and integration across regulated markets. I have held full P&L responsibility for business units with revenues in the upper-8-digit euro range and led cross-functional teams of 300+ employees. My expertise spans the entire value chain—from commercialization of new products and business model innovation to regulatory strategy, market access, and successful exits. I bring deep domain knowledge in key value-chain areas such as procurement, planning, manufacturing, and pharma logistics.
