Support technical requirements for both B2B and B2C solar and energy storage projects, ensuring effective solution implementation and customer satisfaction. Provide technical consultation and pre-sales support for PV inverter and energy storage solutions, including product selection, system design, preparation of technical proposals, and quotation support for distributors, EPC partners, and end users. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and factories to support project execution, business growth, and long-term cooperation. Deliver after-sales technical services such as remote troubleshooting, fault analysis, commissioning support, and technical training for local partners and customers.

o Prepares detailed electrical drawings for PV systems from concept to construction. This includes site layouts, three-lines, protection schemes, and DC & AC system design. o Analyzes reports, maps, drawings, tests, etc. in order to plan, design and implement a project o Prepares and modifies PV electrical designs, specifications, site plans, and schedules for projects based on site constraints such as environmental, permitting, and utility requirements o Interpret and implement utility specific design requirements o Proficient in the National Electric Code (NEC) Regulations o Interact with electricity utility companies and regulatory authorities with regard to solar PV projects o Coordinates and collaborates with other design and technical professionals who are part of the project team to create a cohesive design set o Assists in developing construction cost estimates o Assists in the coordination of pricing, estimating, scoping, and marketing strategies for proposed projects o Required to perform field inspections, research, and measurements. o Attends client meetings o Technical assessment of PV products and equipment o Team and EPC Contractors management o Maintaining records and databases
