* Reporting directly to CHRO, * Execute end-to-end recruitment activities (sourcing applicants,screening resumes and interviewing candidates, reference checks, offer process etc.) for all levels of positions, * Execution of Brand Consultant Processes from end-to-end (communication with luxury brands, candidate selection, performance follow-ups), * Responsible for Performance Management System (Success Factors), * HRBP of Luxury boutiques within the airport, * Organizing all training and orientation processes for new employees, * Introducing employees by ensuring communication with international brands, * Taking an active role in HR projects.
