I’ve held senior roles at leading airlines such as Pegasus Airlines and BBN Airlines Türkiye- a subsidiary of Avia Solutions Group, where I played a key role in company establishment, organizational design, and driving growth through people.Throughout my journey, I’ve worked in highly diverse and inclusive organizations as Senior HR Consultant, championing cultures built on equity, collaboration, and mutual respect. I strongly believe that inclusive workplaces are essential to innovation, employee engagement, and long-term business success—and I’ve led HR strategies that reflect and reinforce these values.I also served as Legal Expert, specializing in human resources, labor law, and social security.
