- Cash management: manage receivables (domestic & export) of VND2,000B; control payment plan efficiently and safely; optimize the ending cash balance daily (USD100K – 200K). - Facility management and banking relationships: fund management of $20M including short-term & long-term loans with local banks (VCB, Vietinbank), international banks (HSBC, Standard Chartered, BBL, Siam, etc.), the offshore loan (USD4M) and refinancing for the long-term offshore loan; raise for CAPEX expansion fund ~ USD10M and USD5M (yearly); release all collaterals, all current credit lines based on clean basis. - FX management: perform FX hedging transactions (USD1.5M to USD3M per month) with the best forward exchange rate (USD - lower 100-200bps compared to public rate, depending on the market fluctuation), and monitor FX exposure to hedge against exchange rate fluctuations. - Financial expenses management: dealing with banks for the best pricing policy (interest rate, exchange rate (spot and forward), and bank tariff); budget and monitor financial expenses. - Bank accounts management (~20 accounts): opening, updating, closing, managing e-banking users, and banking mandates. - Reporting: monthly cashflow report, weekly payment plan, interest report, FX exposure, HO charges, SBV report. - Supervise all transactions (disbursement, hedging, payment, LC issuance, BG issuance, fixed deposit opening…) and be the main contact point in solving issues with banks and related parties.

- Raise working capital fund (managed credit line of VND2,400 billion). - Working with financial leasing companies to carry out financial leasing procedures. - Working with securities companies, brokers, and other related parties issue Bonds (successfully issued VND700 billion). - Carry out the necessary procedures to complete the mortgage of assets (shares, real estate, deposits). - Monitor and manage loans profile: monitor principal, and interest and propose new disbursement plan.

- Collecting information, analyzing, assessing needs and appraising loan applications of customers (portfolio size is more than VND10.000 billions of sales, the loan balance is approximately 900 billion). - Periodically review the financial status of borrowers and control risk after provide the credit line. - Deeply understanding the needs of customers, consult and offer the suitable products, services to customers. - Support customers to solve arising problems.

- Import data and issue invoices to customer. - Monthly follow, manage and reconcile the invoice.
