1. Import and Export Executive ( 4 years), Team-Leader of 3 staffs(2 years): · Merchandising: sourcing, dealing, follow up all shipments to get the right goods on time as required. ØSourcing: by visiting some fairs such as Canton Fairs, Thai Trade Fair to find out new prospect partners or potential goods for the company’s business. Ø Following the shipments from A-Z: by dealing WIN-WIN in cooperation with foreign partners; making deal via contracts with good terms and conditions; following up the production, the deadline, booking space and dealing good service to care shipments; making payment by T/T or L/C; checking goods and claim on quality, quantity if any. Ø Followed up and completed all other unusual tasks required by the boss. · Surfing, recommending and dealing with famous big sole agent right in Vietnam for our company sole agent right in distribution such as SOLO Germany, SYM Taiwan; Maruyama Japan and some famous brands in China. · Updated market information to update to the boss in time. -Training and supporting new staffs - Purchasing plan and schedule reporting to the BOD - Issue’s solutions to the BOD 2. Assistant for Project Sales Department (as needed) - Checking requirements. - Preparing the requirement sheet/document. - Sending inquiry and checking/dealing the quotation of the products. - Reporting and recommending all possible options to the boss for final confirmation of the chosen products. - Informing detailed information, specification, certificates for Project Department. - Placing order and following up the shipment successfully until payment is completely done by the Investors. *Handled Products: Agricultural and Industrial machines such as Knapsack power sprayer, Mist-blower, Gasoline engine, gasoline water pump, gasoline generator, diesel generator, Thermal Fogger, etc.

1. In charge of export & import department: · Importing: Frozen foods: Follow up the shipments basing on orders from the CEO. · Exporting: - Contact the available factories and suppliers to get the right goods as required by the overseas customers. - Booking Vessel. - Preparing Documents for Customs clearance.. - Applying for C/O form D. - Preparing of Contracts and other related documents. - Keeping contact and relationship with suppliers, forwarders, the bank, etc. - Following up the payment from the Buyer. - Following up for new orders and repeat orders. Handled Products: Frozen foods, Seafood, Value added products from Pangasius. 2. Assist the Manager: - Documentary: sales input and makes report to the Manager. - Administrator: arranging the appointments and accommodation for foreign clients and the suppliers. Sourcing and attending the local trade exhibitions.

- Following up the orders. - Arranging transaction with supplier and customer. - Preparing Inquiry & Quotation and Purchasing Order. - Doing bid proposal and other documents for projects. Handled Products:All kinds of industrial Valve.
