I’ve always been drawn to people - how they think, how they feel, and what helps them grow. That curiosity is what shapes my work today. I care about creating environments where people feel valued, supported, and able to bring their real selves to the table. My journey started in tech, auditing systems as an ISO 27001 Lead Auditor and working across IT risk, SOC 2, data privacy, and governance. The work taught me discipline, detail, and how organisations actually function beneath the surface. But I realised my real interest was always the people inside those systems - the conversations they avoid, the culture they inherit, the behaviours they carry, and the values they try to hold on to. That’s why I moved into HR. I’m now focused on the human side of work: psychology, talent, culture, engagement, DEI, and the everyday behaviours that build (or break) trust. I enjoy designing experiences, running initiatives that bring people together, and building spaces where kindness and accountability can coexist.
