To execute the workforce plan enhancing organizational effectiveness through leading and executing resourcing strategies in support of the organization’s objectives and developing and implementing initiatives to attract, assess and retain a productive work force by providing advice on talent decisions including workforce planning, organization and succession planning.

To manage, control and administer the overseas or local recruitment and selection activities in order to attract the right candidate that meets business requirements, by effective manpower planning, effective communication and coordination with internal customers, external customers and recruitment sources, in addition to develop HR recruitment & selection process.

Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services for marketing department
