• Preparing weekly, monthly and seasonal reports, • Delivery of the collection samples, • Analysis of weekly sales reports, identifying areas to take quick action and monitoring the process, • Giving a brief to the design before the collection, examining sales performances and trends, preparing a range plan, presenting it, • Purchasing for products with high sales performance or high sales potential, • Working in coordination with different departments in the collection process

• Communication with all customers on daily basis, keeping them update on all issues from inquiries to production and delivery of the goods to their warehouse, • Managing new style development and prepare new collections based upon customer needs, • Supporting complete merchandising from inquiry to shipment, • Preparing the orders with all details and transfer them to the work team correctly and ensure proper production and on-time delivery,

• Dealing directly with customers, • Planning, implementing and controlling the sourcing and manufacturing of the goods with textile suppliers, • Following up both development&sampling process and production process closely, • Handling all negotiations with suppliers regarding development, product specification, price, quality control, time frames and delivery, • Management of suppliers by following end-to-end processes.

• Buiding a good releationship with customers from Europe and USA, • Conducting product costing and pricing analysis to optimize profitability, • Coordination with cross-functional teams including design,production and sales to ensure smooth execution of merchandising strategies, • Managing all development and production processes, • Ensure that the order reaches the customer more efficiently than planned, with the right amount of supply, with the requested quality, with the right quantities

• Manmade fiber division • Preparation, execution and follow-up of experiments, • Lab scale processing and characterization of PET/PA6 and PP/PET polymer blands, • Air texturizing of multifilament yarns, • Manufacturing a woven fabric using mono and multifilament yarns, • Presentation about dyestuff and dyeing techniques.

• Textile Manufacturing: Proficiency in various textile manufacturing processes, such as spinning, weaving, knitting, dyeing, printing, and finishing, • Fiber Science and Technology: Understanding of different types of fibers, their properties, and how they are processed to create textiles, • Textile Testing and Quality Control: Knowledge of testing methods and equipment used to assess the quality, strength, durability, and performance of textiles. • Textile Machinery and Equipment: Familiarity with the operation and maintenance of textile machinery and equipment, • Textile Chemistry: Understanding of textile chemical processes, including dyeing, printing, and finishing techniques, as well as knowledge of the properties and behavior of textile chemicals
