-Managing 3 PL coordination with 2 teams for import operations. -Leading the team crisis about their problems. -Tracking the team on their performances. -Analyzing the team's potential problems. -Finding a solution to the team's problem to their satisfaction and healthy performance. -Preparing monthly KPI reports. -Preparing weekly forecast report. -Preparing weekly performance report to carriers. -For claim cases, making monthly agreed amount list for carrier to pay. -Making daily call with customer to their satisfaction about the crisis.
