First level of support for users of Microsoft Dynamics Navision and CRM (AP, AR, Inventory, Fixed assets, Purchasing, Financial Management, Sales and Service Modules). Maintain the relationship with the end users, key users, stakeholders and wit the developer/supplier in order deliver quality solutions to the highest standard. Identifying process and/or system improvements, creating and/or reviewing manuals, procedures, and related user documentation.

The main duties counted in welcoming visitors, providing requested information about stores, events or other campaigns held in the mall, answering to phone calls, registering customer complaints, resolving them in limited authority, keeping track of the lost & found objects. Selling gift vouchers, operating the parking software, manage and log the petty cash register, order forms and invoices related to the activity of the department and managing daily reports. Managing communication materials, offering supporting for the Marketing and Leasing departments, involvement in Marketing campaigns implemented by mall, handling complaints, tenants activity registration and commercial premises issue management.
