I focus on assisting private client investors in the strategic acquisition and disposition of income-generating, industrial, office and medical office properties across Arizona. Throughout my career, I have developed a deep understanding of the Phoenix market and how to help investors achieve maximum value for their investment properties. With a significant amount of capital flowing into Arizona from Southern California, it is critical that we connect capital with opportunity. For this reason, I partner with CBRE’s Southern California Investment Properties team to bring together the Pacific Southwest region’s extensive knowledge, marketing strategies, broad investor database, and proven practices with one goal in mind: to provide superior outcomes for our investor clients. Now known as Investment Properties So Cal Phoenix Vegas, the team’s unique specialty is accessing 1031 exchange buyers, private, and public capital. With a presence in seven markets, the team has completed transactions valued at over $3.2 billion since 2015 alone.
