• Support product program team for the manufacturing feasibility study during product concept stage • Responsible to form cross functional team, arrange people training & development plan, NPI build plan & execution, capacity & investment plan, cost calculation, risk management and plan to achieve Quality-Cost-Delivery during ramp up • Attend & conduct various planning and operation meeting related to product during the project phase • Ensure the product performance indicators (Failure rate, Scrap, Cost, Quality & Delivery) are meeting the targets during product life cycle & plan for continuous improvement. • Collect & provide lesson learn feedback on design, manufacture • Engineering Change management, Product Life Cycle management, BOM management & EOL management • Lead cross function team for root cause analysis issue and manage all product related problem during manufacturing phase • Facilitate good communication and offer multiple levels reports across a wide range of individual contributors to management team members • Manufacturing cost estimation for the new products and meets/improves the same during mass production • Customer Relationship Management by ensuring all relevant information is communicated proactively to the customer and regular meeting practices are maintained and agreed actions are followed-up

• Lead a team of around 20 engineers • FPY (First Pass Yield) target setting for specific product, periodically review, propose improvement action & follow up to achieve target • Report FPY situation to factory management & design side • Support factory new product team to achieve NPI phase targets: FPY, scrap cost, delivery • Lead product technical problem analysis and solution finding • Prepare NPI build report for issues happened, follow-up with related owners in the factory & designers for corrective actions • Provide technical support for product key management index which include scrap cost, OQC rejection, DQ (Delivery Quality), OBA • Coordinate with related teams for corrective/ preventive action setup: SOP, FMEA, Control Plan

• Manage a team of Operators & staffs with company size 100 people • Responsible for overall manufacturing operations, including production processes, management of raw materials, finished goods, warehouse inventory, and supervising relevant personnel • Build a new manufacturing team: recruiting, training, job assignment • Make sure products are produced as per plan with good quality • Study new technology & transfer new product from Pyeongtaek (Korea) to Vietnam

• Lead factory MFR (Manufacturing Failure Rate) improvement • Report MFR status to factory management & design side • Support factory to achieve NPI phase targets: yield rate, scrap cost • New product training for repair, quality, production teams • Prepare build report for issues happened and follow up until close • Lead technical problem analysis and solution finding

• Ensure production quality, study all potential causes that may affect to the production (Layout, Jigs, assembly, packing method) • Investigate product function issue to find the root cause and solution • Work as technical contact window between factory and R&D • Audit assembly suppliers to support their production: layout, child parts preparation, assembly, quality management system • Propose ideas to designers to improve design of part, product • Join improvement projects: Testers improvement, One Pass Rate (Reduce Internal defect rate), PCBA supplier improvement
