- Provide development and enhancement support for the MES (Manufacturing Execution System) to improve operational efficiency and system performance. - Design and develop SQL queries to generate insightful reports for Business Units (BUs), supporting business analysis and strategic decision-making. - Spearhead MES system management and lead a 2-member team, fostering collaboration, and delivering consistent system enhancements

- Works in a Security Team in a Technical Assistance Center (TAC). - Provide technical support to global customers, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to network security products such as firewalls, internet access gateways and endpoint secure. - Assisted in deployment and configuration of Sangfor products, ensuring optimal performance and security. - Collaborated with the R&D team to identify and resolve software bugs, contributing to product improvement - Work with technologies such as Linux, Virtual Machine, Wireshark, TeamViewer.
