•Contract Manager in charge of leading contract formation, execution & management for Sahara Group's first Oil Drilling, Completions & Production Actitvies in Oki- Oziengbe south 4, Nigeria. • Contract Formation& Management on seismic activities in East Cape Three Points in Ghana, West Africa Region. •Provide advice and guidance to departments on all contractual issues and report on cost and variation matters. • Budget/AFE Monitoring to avoid cost escalation •Develop contracting strategies and tender plans for service needs and supported the delivery of contract performance targets. Develop contractual awareness within departments and ensure a clear financial understanding in terms of contract costs and obligations. •Manage the tendering, evaluation and negotiation process from the identification of a service to contract award and administration. •Monitor and manage contract performance, systems, policies and procedures to ensure compliance with contract requirements. •Negotiate, review and administer contracts and agreements, Marine OPL 284 and Onshore OPL 274 Seismic Acquisition, Vessel Charter party Agreements, Memorandum of Understanding, Parent Company Guarantees, Contract and Procurement Agreements, Seismic Data Acquisitions& Processing Agreements, Environmental Baseline Agreements, Drilling Agreements, Assignment Agreements. Secured internal approvals on contract execution. •Lead quarterly reviews and tender board defences, NJQS assessments and performance reviews and identify improvement plans for under- performing contracts. •Ensure contractors and suppliers are managed in an integrated manner in order to achieve a joint work approach with no boundaries. Identify opportunities that results in value-driven contracts and shared mobilization costs. •Promote continuous improvement and high performance in all aspects of contracts management. •Ensure commercial and contractual risks are considered in all contractual documentation and minimised company’s contractual risk exposure. •Undertake due diligence site visits to offshore installations, vessels, project sites and contractor worksites. •Regular engagements with Nigerian Content Development, regulators and government stakeholders. •Proficient in use of Nipex Joint Qualification system, Database contract & procurement system.

•Support Drilling Planning, Assist in preparing well plans, including casing design, drilling fluids, and bit selection. Perform engineering calculations under supervision •Monitor real-time drilling data. Analyze drilling performance and assist in optimizing drilling parameters. •Field Support, Work under the supervision of senior engineers or drilling supervisors on rigs. Horizontal job alignment •Responsible for supporting the C&P Manager all sub-surface and drilling tenders associated with OPL 284 & OPL 286 deep offshore asset. • Worked from an Operator (284) and non-operator (286)perspective and exposed to managing JV arrangements and expectations. • Led Tender Board Defenses, defending contracts executed • Target Depth reached on OPL 286 deep water drilling. Contracts Implemented to achieve this.

•Clearing and Forwarding of AGO Products from the Shell Nig. Oil Product (SNOP) Warehouse. •Monitored both Maritime and Land Transportation of petroleum products from inland shores to the warehouse where they are kept. •Prepared and assessed waybills for AGO products brought in from Warri and Port Harcourt. •Ensured proper arrangement for easier handling of petroleum products brought in and out of the warehouse. •Daily filling of invoices and receipt documents and ensured they are received at the SNOP office on a weekly basis. •Weekly Inspection of the trucks conveying products from Lagos to Warri and P/H and ensured the drivers are stable and fully qualified to undergo the journey.
