Assist in the development of short and long term plans for the safety program, monitor progress, assure adherence and evaluate performance. Ensuring Employee Compliance Hazard Communication. Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards. Provide monthly or annual ongoing/refresher training in topics relevant to the service in a timely manner. Investigate, report and record vehicle accidents, work-related injuries and incidents. Preparing all paperwork and hand-outs required for the training sessions. Produce accurate monthly reports, as directed by the Safety & Compliance Training Manager Maintain strong relationships with other team members and Line Managers/HOD. Delivering Training Modules to Employees and Workforce. Administers written and practical exams and writes performance reports to evaluate trainees' performance. Develops and provides safety training that is trade-related which includes hands on demonstrations, class outlines, presentations, handouts, tests, design exercises. Conducting Field Audits for contractor HSE performance evaluation. Participating Key Roles in Employee Boot Campaign Sessions to create HSE Awareness.
