Forecasting: Managing 24-months rolling forecast on ASCP by cleaning sales history and generating baseline forecast through reviewing historical sales trends and current demand drivers. - Sales & Operations Planning(S&OP): Own & lead demand planning meeting with the category stakeholders. - Creating STT and GTS forecast: sales to trade forecast monitoring, creating replenishment forecast for the distributor. Measuring accuracy, root cause analysis: analyze market trends, competitor activities, volume and value share changes. - Business planning: Bottom up planning per country per SKU, based on commercial and marketing input, to create next year building blocks by brand. - Ensure timely availability of product in-market. Undertake daily analysis of cause/effect on product availability through use of Oracle, Planning Systems, Excess and Obsolete Inventory reports, and sales. - Drives communication within S&OP cycle, aimed to collect valid assumptions, prepare sales history analysis and financial implication of changes.
