At MAX LIFE INSURANCE, I held the position of Head HR for Bancassurance, E-commerce, Group Business, and Partnership Distribution from July 2021 to June 2022. I partnered with senior leaders to shape HR strategies that supported business growth across various channels. My focus was on talent acquisition and development programs, which significantly improved employee retention and satisfaction. I also led HR transformation projects aimed at building an inclusive workplace culture while overseeing CSR initiatives that enhanced the organization’s brand reputation and community impact. Earlier, as Head HR for Bancassurance and Diversity & Inclusion from July 2018 to June 2021, I developed innovative talent management strategies that led to increased employee engagement and pioneered diversity and inclusion programs, fostering a more equitable workplace.

During my tenure at INDUSIND BANK LTD as Vice President & National HR Partner from April 2015 to June 2018, I acted as the HR business partner for key business segments, driving HR initiatives that aligned with organizational goals. I led large-scale talent acquisition initiatives to support the bank's international business expansion and spearheaded transformational HR interventions that enhanced organizational effectiveness. I also developed structured selection tools and enhanced campus recruitment strategies, strengthening the bank’s brand in the market. Previously, as Zonal HR Partner for North India from July 2011 to March 2015, I managed HR operations across the North India zone, implementing comprehensive HR initiatives that improved overall team performance and enhancing leadership development processes.

As Zonal Head HR East & Lead for Rewards & Recognition at RELIGARE ENTERPRISES LTD from September 2010 to June 2011, I managed HR functions across the East zone, focusing on employee engagement and talent development. I led talent acquisition and performance management initiatives that significantly improved engagement scores while overseeing the Rewards and Recognition program, which enhanced employee morale and productivity.

In my role as Resourcing Manager – HR and Lead CSR at STANDARD CHARTERED BANK, INDIA from October 2003 to September 2010, I was responsible for managing multiple HR functions, including talent development and employee engagement. I established a regional resourcing center that optimized recruitment processes and vendor management, and I led CSR programs that elevated the bank’s reputation in community sustainability, significantly impacting global awareness for HIV/AIDS initiatives.

Completed an MBA with a specialization in Human Resources, focusing on advanced concepts in HR management, organizational behavior, strategic workforce planning, and talent development. This program provided a strong foundation in HR best practices and equipped me with the skills to lead HR functions effectively in both local and international markets.

Earned a Bachelor’s degree with honors in Accounting, covering core subjects like financial accounting, cost accounting, and business management. This degree laid the groundwork for understanding finance and business operations, contributing to my holistic approach in HR management within financial institutions.
