- Organizing supplier PPAP and ISIR documents and managing approval processes. - Ensure that the corrective and preventive actions and 8D studies are carried out with the suppliers. - Planning and implementation of supplier audits. - Performing the necessary analyzes and reporting on the performance of existing suppliers.

- Development and implementation quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements. - Conducting of regular inspections and testing of manufacturing processes and finished products to identify and resolve quality issues. - Leading the handling of customer complaints and to take actions and follow up on customer complaints in the process. - Collaborate with suppliers to improve product quality and ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements. - Analyze customer, supplier and internal quality scrap and cost data to identify trends and areas for improvement. - Using problem-solving techniques to analyze, evaluate and permanently correct customer, supplier and internal quality issues. (8D, 5why etc) - Maintain and update quality control documentation, including standard operating procedures, work instructions, and inspection checklists. - Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and certifications.. - Provide training and support to production staff and suppliers to ensure consistent adherence to quality control processes.
