• Managed the construction of PV ( Photovoltaic ) installations for third parties. In charge with the design, acquisition of the electrical equipment except for the solar panels and inverters, construction and support for the grid connection. • Mostly rooftop solar power installations with a ground level control room for voltage protection and connection/protection cells. I also managed the interventions in case of malfunctions during guarantee period.

Identify new clients, evaluate requests and comply with the specific sale process for the electrical equipment produced by Schneider Electric fitted to large photovoltaic plants or medium and small solar applications. Evaluate PV projects and pre-design the electrical equipment of various PV plants both for on grid and off grid applications.

Field manager in some critical operations of the company (extracting raw materials operations). Started and managed for 1 year a stone quarry in Suceava County, Romania. Starting from identifying the land, evaluating the technical requirements, aggregate pieces of land and solving ownership problems to the risk evaluation phase and obtaining all of the certificates and authorizations (technical and administrative) needed. Manager of the vehicle fleet, equipment and machinery for the whole company (3 quarries and head office). Implemented new solutions for energy back up and improvement of existing energy use.

Managed the main branch of the company, coordinating a team of 100 employees . Successfully implemented three different ISO standards, which brought a consistent improvement in the quality of the services, interaction with the clients and insured company’s access to public auctions. During April 2008 to December 2009 I have lived abroad and made several market researches for the company in India, Malaysia, Sri Lanka and Thailand identifying suppliers of exotic artifacts requested in company's landscaping projects.

When company moved to Thailand, along with the main focus on the new spa I also took over some of the responsibilities of the GM.
