Coordinate all the production activities from MDF plant Coordinate 35+ people - I plan the production activity in the MDF sections according to the established production plan, to ensure the complete realization of the quantitative and qualitative indicators established; - Organize and control the activities of maintenance and development of production capacities; - I organize and coordinate the introduction of new products into manufacturing and are responsible for ensuring the parameters provided in the documentation; - I approve the technological instructions for each production phase, both when implementing and modifying them, and ensure the appropriate adaptation of the technology to the variations and the specificity of the raw materials used; - Responsible for the optimization of the processes to increase the quality of the products; - Complaints analyst; - Providing technical support to clients, site visits (if applicable), technical solutions;
