- Creating and periodically updating the Financial models to evaluate and control investment efficiency during the project life-cycle. - Creating Financial models with sensitivity analysis and scenario analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of business plans. Identify, evaluate risk, and maximum gain or loss to ensure the effectiveness of investment projects that may affect project efficiency. - Developing Cashflow methods for projects purchasing, shares transferring, capital contribution, capital increasing, and project investment cooperation for 4 Solar projects, and 5 Windpower projects. - Following all Renewable Energy projects from M&A to COD stage, then participating and coordinating in financial plans to propose the preferable interest rate from credit institutions or cooperating with investment funds or selling all shares of completed projects. - Directly managing 3 solar power subsidiaries of T&T Group (1 project was COD before June 30. 2020 and 3 projects were COD before Dec 31, 2020) - Participating in proposing project financial restructuring plans to establish the T&T Energy Group and plan to acquire all existing Renewables Energy projects then prepare to IPO in 2023. - Building financial schedules to arrange equity funds, and financial timelines to verify and make payments to EPC contractors, suppliers, and advisors. - Supports negotiation contracts with vendors and serve as a point of contact for vendor relationship (HDBank, SHB Bank, EPC Contractors, subcontractors)

- Involved in M&A due diligence and negotiation of SPA and SHA for the 495 MW Savan 1 Wind Project in Laos. - Prepared and negotiated (in finance) for FS, PPA, and CA agreements and approval for phase 1 total capex 478.5 mil USD - Completed a 335 mil USD foreign syndicated loan for Savan1 project (phase 1). - Obtained offshore investment registration certificate IRC approval from Foreign Investment Agency (Vietnam MPI) for the first-stage investment of 31 mil USD. - Prepared for offshore IRC 2nd stage, 143.5 mil USD (Prime Minister approval) - Prepared for approval from BOL and SBV for USD transferring within Vietnam border and open offshore account in Vietnam.

- Budgeting and financial planning to optimize capital resources; - Establishing objectives for loans using; controlling and managing expenses, and saving of the subsidiary company. - Participating in financial negotiations with contractors and credit institutions (SHB Bank, SHS, EPC Contractors, subcontractors) - Collaborating with the Board of Management, Contractors, O&E Advisors, and T&T Group and advocating for, Operations and Support teams to align objectives and optimize operational efficiency to bring the final results for the decisions outside the company's authority.
