Partnered with Dustin Thompson to conceptualize, develop, and launch Specialty Turf Services, pioneering a unique business model dedicated to providing critical niche turf management solutions for small to mid-sized golf courses across Ontario. Led strategic initiatives including brand development, team recruitment, and the establishment of comprehensive service offerings designed to maintain golf courses and sports fields at championship performance levels throughout the season. Implemented specialty turf management programs, mobile spraying services, customized fertilizer and nutritional consulting, integrated pest management (IPM), and complete irrigation solutions. Successfully grew the business by focusing on high-quality service delivery, professional licensed technicians, and meticulous IPM compliance reporting. Today, Specialty Turf Services delivers essential support to golf clubs, municipalities, and private estates, ensuring greens, tee decks, and sports fields remain in exceptional condition year-round.

Partnered with Emil Kamel to establish and develop North Swing Golf Lounge, a premium indoor golf facility in Barrie. Led the strategic branding and market positioning, overseeing the creation of a distinctive brand identity that effectively communicated the unique benefits of indoor golf to the local community. Collaborated closely on the selection and integration of advanced golf simulation technology, developed innovative league formats to attract and retain loyal customers, and crafted enticing party packages to facilitate group events and celebrations. Provided strategic consultation on menu design, promotional campaigns, charity sponsorships, digital marketing, SEO optimization, e-commerce solutions, and the design of branded apparel and merchandise, enhancing both customer experience and brand visibility. Successfully launched an online store to streamline customer purchasing decisions and support overall business growth.

I head-up a team of professional entrepreneurs, creatives, designers, and business minded folks from Central Ontario.

In 2021, I created a collaborative business plan with family members to launch "Utopia Glamping", an off-grid retreat nestled in our private forest in Utopia, Ontario. We transformed a secluded woodland area into a unique glamping destination. I spearheaded the research, business planning, design and implementation of a geodesic dome equipped with sustainable off-grid technologies, ensuring a comfortable and accessible experience for guests unfamiliar with traditional camping. I conducted extensive research into off-grid living solutions, integrating advanced battery systems for lighting, device charging, and climate control. To enhance guest comfort, we designed and installed amenities such as an outdoor kitchen, seasonal outdoor shower, and a cozy fire pit area. The dome features a king-sized Endy bed, offering a luxurious sleeping experience amidst nature.  Our commitment to providing a serene and comfortable retreat has been recognized by our guests, earning us a Superhost status on Airbnb. We have received numerous 5-star reviews, with guests praising the tranquility of the location and the thoughtful amenities provided. One guest noted, "The dome was cozy and well-equipped, making our stay in the woods both comfortable and memorable." Utopia Glamping continues to offer a unique getaway for those seeking to disconnect from the hustle of urban life and reconnect with nature, all while enjoying the comforts of a thoughtfully designed off-grid accommodation.

I love working with this organization to consult on public awareness and fundraising initiatives. Throughout the course of this contract have produced the creative for fundraising campaigns, photography, donor relations videos and emails, branding/identity packages, website development, and as well as other global marketing pieces. Each month I meet with graphic designers from Singapore, South Africa, West Africa, Slovakia and the US to consult on their various works, so that the global brand identity of the organization is consistent worldwide.
