Responsible for the following as part of managing the completions, workover, well intervention, well integrity and well decommisioning operations of all Production Sharing Contracts and operators throughout Malaysia. • Compliance to PETRONAS Procedure and Guideline for Upstream Activities • Ensuring the governance of tendering processes • Manage the overall nation’s resources requirements • Shaping the local industry towards operational excellence • Focal point for the nation’s idle well management • Key member of national production task force • Leader for the nation’s Cementing Technical Committee (CTeC) and Well Intervention Technical Committee (WITeC)

Focal point for planning, design, execution and evaluation for St. Joseph, South Furious, F6 and E11 fields. This includes the following: - Handling of several contractors required for the workscope - CT, logging, slickline, well testing and clean up - Maintaining high level of HSE standard and compliance - Controlling the budget to ensure campaign cost is within the allocated budget - Focal point for both operation and technical - SAP user to issue work orders and purchase orders - Responsible for the well delivery pack cycle which includes conducting workshops for value challenge, HAZID, service well on paper and after action reviews. - Contract holder for sand consolidation and conglomeration technology, wax dissolver and flowmeter application

Responsible for all KL-based client Petronas Carigali, Talisman, Carigali Hess, PCPP, Petrofac. Focal point for niche CT application. Supports Labuan, Kemaman, Brunei, Thailand, Myanmar, Vietnam technical challenges. First person to apply various technologies for the Geomarket: 1. iCoil / ACTive 2. DTS via ACTive 3. InterACT for CT

Grasping the overall DTE responsibilities covering several clients (ADCO, ZADCO, ADOC, ADMA, DPC, Margham, TOTAL). Keeping track of competition activities and seeking more opportunities for NT implementation. Introduced SXE-HT with U108, U104 and U105 for scale removal, A283 for CT application in H2S wells, 2 7/8 Blaster application. Increased number of stimulation jobs by 200% in 2006. Successfully completed 3 well testing operations in high H2S, HT and HP gas wells

Responsible for servicing PCSB and CTOC technical, commercial, projects, SQ, HSE and reservoir development issues. Act as a focal point between PCSB, CTOC and SLB. Having overall ownership of all jobs planned for PCSB and CTOC. Also, acts as a leader in all CTS related special projects for all clients (PowerCLEAN, Loss Circulation - LiteNET, CT Tractor etc). Also handling the overall ownership of PowerCLEAN* evolution in Malaysia and also LiteNET. Achieved USD$ 3,000,000 Revenue in the first year of Contract with Petronas 2004 and also SD$500,000 for CTOC in 2004. First person to apply various technologies for Malaysia: 1. PowerCLEAN 2. JetBlaster and BridgeBlaster 3. OilSEEKER 4. LiteNET 5. P130

Managing the Kemaman Well Services operations (WPS, CTS and Filtration) with respect to a USD 12 MM/year/client 5 years contract. Overlooks technical, operations, client, new technology and business expansion, Service Quality and HSE compliance, personnel development and training aspects. At this level, I have gained management, technical and operation skills to fully run the location.
