- Maintaining CMMS and asset register -Planning yearly, Monthly and weekly preventive maintenance -Compiling monthly maintenance analysis -Conducting inspections and corrective actions on all plant equipment, Building and Vehicles -Leading Energy Management team: Project to install maximum demand controller, assessing motors load factors to reduce power factor, compiled start-up procedure to reduce maximum demand -Purchasing spare parts for the Manufacturing Department -Fault finding on Omron PLC, soft-starters, Circuit breakers and contactors

Attending Electrical and Mechanical Faults: Installing new motors, gear boxes, soft-starters, VSDs and Proximity sensors, Generators. Taking part in Monthly Preventive Maintenance and assessing Consultants proposals.
