In my previous role as a regional HR general manager at Panasonic Appliances Marketing Asia Pacific, a division of Panasonic Malaysia, I oversaw the HR operations and strategies for 15 countries in the region, supporting the growth and development of over 2,000 employees. I have a passion for creating and fostering a diverse, inclusive, and collaborative work culture that aligns with Panasonic's vision and values.
