• Responsible for develop and maintain localized preventative maintenance system for building maintenance and plant equipment., supports the Maintenance and Facilities manager and will be expected to take on temporary responsibility if/when directed • Respond promptly to utility equipment failures, troubleshoot and identify the roots cause, and implement effective solution to mitigate risks • The incumbent will be expected to play a key and active role in the development of a “safety first culture”, to ensure a safe working environment for employees and visitors, and to ensure the site meets/exceeds relevant and current HSE regulations/legislation. • Manage engineering/facility level projects to improve product quality, increase productivity and reduce costs. This include projects which is introducing a new manufacturing process or acquiring and implementing new manufacturing or assembly equipment, and/or supporting the development of a new site. • Manage construction and renovation projects, ensuring adherence to design specification and safety requirements. • Lead the development of QPs and relevant validation plans and documentation as directed. • Monitor facilities related expenses providing cost reductions for costs such as domestic water, electricity, waste removal, consumables spare part, repair & maintenance, etc. • Negotiate and manage contracts and budgets for plant services provider, including fire-fighting alarm system, cleaning services, security, clean room maintenance and validation, pest control, waste disposal, HVAC maintenance, warehouse., etc. • Collaborate with internal team and external business partner to uphold industry best practice in facility management • Conduct scheduled site/facility audits to ensure ISO standards are maintained at the highest levels (actively address any findings). Example ISO9000, ISO14000, ISO13485, GMP., etc

• Lead, organize and manage plant facility management operation in proper manner • Undertake a multi-disciplinary team (HVAC, Scrubber, IETS, TCGM, Electrical & RODI) to carry out day-to-day engineering statutory operation, to ensure 100% uptime of all equipment’s present in the facility • Promise system’s reliability and sustainability, by overseeing an effectively periodic, predictive & preventive maintenance processes. Also provide coaching to team, to ensure efficient completion of critical task. • Interacts, coordinate & act as principal contact for all external business partners who work on annual plant shutdown, start-up & project including stakeholder management • Actively participate in plant expansion & retrofitting, work closely with stakeholder/business partners to ensure effective system installation, alternation of equipment, design & configuration • Maintain an ideal service/business partner collaboration, to ensure deliverable & agreed site service KPI • Managing stakeholder/VIP/business partner/EHS visits & walkthrough for internal & external audit purpose, to snag closure, ensure always safety, health & environmental legislative practice • Support ISO 14001, 45001 & 50001 implementation down the line, review audit preparation • Responsible for system SOW & SOP development, business continuity program, risk assessment & abnormality mitigation, facility asset management • Innovate recommendations/solutions for energy conservation program, lean management improvement, repair & maintenance cost optimization, and spares/consumables inventory expenditure control • Act as strategic thinker/planner for facility management team, provide technical support, attendance & resources to manage emergency ad-hoc breakdowns • Accountable for overall team KPI, staff growth plans & succession development
