▪ Build-up ticketing system for end-user in different requirements including automation & approval flow creation. ▪ Account / Profile creation for new-user who onboard to company. ▪ Participate in CCTV management and monitoring. ▪ Participate in Turnstile access management. ▪ Liaise, manage vendors and suppliers of IT equipment & network cabling. ▪ Monitor, diagnose, troubleshoot & resolve computer networks, hardware, & software. ▪ Setup, support, & maintain company network (LAN, VLAN). ▪ Install, maintain, support & manage inventory of company network cabling, equipment (switches, access points & laptops). ▪ Execute maintenance window changes on multiple locations, performing troubleshooting of network (hardware, routing & switching issues). ▪ Effectively resolved network related issues. ▪ Replacing faulty network hardware components, and equipment when required. ▪ Keep track of IT-related application & hardware (network) licenses, documentation, policies, and manuals. ▪ Refer major hardware or software problems or defective products to vendors for service. ▪ Maintain ongoing communication within the team and externally, to keep all stakeholders aware of relevant, known issues and the steps being taken. ▪ Sourcing and preparing PR pertaining to all IT equipment purchase, and record of the inventory. ▪ Surveying new products to optimize & improve company IT infrastructure. ▪ Ad-hoc or occasional IT support / maintenance request during odd hours or weekends. ▪ Video Editing for Anugerah Kecemerlangan Industri 2020

Ltd. more understand with the history of UTAR, the facilities in UTAR Campus and the beautiful of lake-view Campus. ▪ Providing latest programme flyers and UTAR's information for Student Exchange Programme in China that conducted by DCinternet and visitor to UTAR. ▪ Providing accommodation info to students and parents ▪ Set UTAR website, study.utar.edu.my and online registration page as browser's home page and some useful shortcut-key to helps students more convenient when they apply for UTAR programmes. ▪ Developed datasheet for WhatsApp builder to broadcast the message to potential students, parents and schools ▪ Conduct Zoom Webinar according to the topics & Live in Facebook / YouTube ▪ Technical Support to all Zoom Webinar. ▪ Video Editing to all recorded video which conducted in Zoom Webinar. ▪ Provided suitable IT Technical consultant.
