As the Energy Manager at SPN Ehsan Sdn Bhd (Facility Management), I manage energy operations for the Intellectual Property Corporation of Malaysia (MyIPO) building, ensuring optimal energy use and sustainable practices. My role focuses on driving efficiency across utilities, including electricity, water, and chilled water systems, and adhering to energy efficiency regulations like the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Act (EECA). Key Responsibilities: Utility Optimization: Oversee the management of electricity (from TNB), water consumption, and the District Cooling System (DCS), ensuring efficient operation to reduce costs and support sustainability goals. Energy Saving Initiatives: Implement energy-saving measures (ESM) to reduce consumption, minimize costs, and achieve a balance between efficiency and financial objectives. Performance Analysis: Conduct Building Energy Index (BEI) analysis and audits to assess building energy performance, guiding the facility toward achieving 5-star energy efficiency ratings. Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with EECA and other regulations, providing energy management reports to MyIPO to support sustainability goals. Cost Management: Manage energy budgets, optimize contracts, and develop strategies for cost-effective energy procurement and usage. Client Collaboration: Work closely with MyIPO to implement energy-related projects, drive sustainability initiatives, and foster a culture of energy conservation.

Efficiently manage monthly invoicing for clients based on solar generation. Client: POS Malaysia 5) Project & Site Engineering: Handle Energy Efficiency Projects, providing insightful reports to clients. Manage projects like Measurement & Verification (M&V), Energy Audits, and Energy Monitoring Systems for prominent clients.
