Responsible to ensure fabrication & installation progress base on schedule. Liaise with safety, inter discipline, quality & client team to make sure construction follow standard requirement, safety compliances & quality. Monitoring fabrication & installation E&I supports, such as ladder/tray support follow as per drawings, equipment supports. layout and setting of plans, cable routing / management and review vendor data incorporation (VDI). Resolving hard & soft clashes issue on site& 3D model by providing solution practically and economical design solutions, involving with engineering & stakeholder inter discipline by suit to site. Support & follow-up with Engineering for design cable ladder / tray secondary routing for best sand shortest routes in 3D model. a)To monitoring progress fabricate & install the cable ladder/tray support base design and drawing, productivity from Sub-con are meeting KPI set & meet client’s specification. b)To ensure the fabrication on site as per drawing generated follow MMHE/Client’s standard and with good construction productivity practice. c)To review and check drawing quality and drawing quantity from engineering & constructure follow progress as per plan schedule. d) To review, mark-up & advice from drawing, 3D model & incorporate Vendor Data and engineering changes with the engineering. e) To update lead engineer & construction lead on progress report, follow by any issue if have as per on site progress, to solve the problems encounter in projects with quality decision making. f) To liaise with client, other disciplines and department for the necessary interface control (e.g. IDC) and coordination to attain the assigned objectives with the desired results. h) Shown excellent commitment and completing any given task.  As Electrical, Controls & Automation Integrated Engineer for Wolverine Project, to complete for upgrading, engineering, purchasing, installation, testing, commissioning & handover new system with fully automation packaging system under Phase A & Phase B.  Drive with OEM Team to ensure installation, testing & commissioning progress base on schedule, coordination between OEM to make sure following the priorities area to make sure every parties can complete their part without any discrepancies.  Design activities are completely in accordance with project needs in general and compatible with project schedule and cost objectives in particular including liaised with OEM team, mechanical contractor & electrical contractor, engineering department pepsi.co & project team pepsi.co.  Understanding of the specification & standard for Good Manufacturing Product (GMP), FSSC 22000, HACCP, CCP & etc.  As a Lead Electrical, Control & Instrumentation system for Installation, Testing & Commissioning equipment under the Ishida, Contech, KMG, TNA, JMP, MARKEM & Blueprint Automation.  Familiar with configuration & validation of GUACP, ACP, check weigher, seal checker, bag maker, palletizer, multipack system & etc.  Expert with control & automation philosophy such as PLC system Rockwell, Siemens, Honeywell, Rosemount, Yaskawa MotionWorks IEC 3 Pro & etc.

 As Project Engineer seconded Hershey for construction, engineering, commissioning & start-up of new US$250+million Green-field site chocolate manufacturing facility in Southern Malaysia.  Drive with Commissioning Team to ensure construction, progress & design activities are complete in accordance with project needs in general and compatible with project schedule and cost objectives in particular including liaised with main contractor, hook-up contractor, subcontractor, vendor, commissioning and engineering department.  Understanding of the specification & standard for Good Manufacturing Product (GMP), FSSC 22000, HACCP, CCP & etc.  Project management lead for design, fabrication, installation, inspection, testing & commissioning for the Chiller, Boiler, Compressor and Sub-Station on System Utility (Central Utility Building –CUB).  Project support with Hershey Team monitoring & hand-on work to install, inspect & commissioning of equipment such as concha, almond roasting, kiss/nugget/deluxe & bar line, Input & output check , piping process test, corrugated packaging & non-corrugated packaging, cold room setup equipment & etc.  As a Lead Control & Instrumentation system for Installation, Testing & Commissioning equipment under the Buhler, Siemen, Honeywell, Rockwell, Bosch, Rosemount & Cybernatik Technologies under the Hook-up Team.  Seconded client to identified quality issue, recorded as punchlist then set the KPI to monitor progress of rectification work by daily basic.

 Prepare E & I Maintenance Procedure, Work Instruction, Preventive Maintenance Master Schedule, Work Order and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) with reference as per Vopak Standard Procedures, Vendor Instruction Manual and Relevant Specification.  Able to use Computerized Maintenance Management System, SAP P16 Concepts of functional locations, planner groups, Preventive Maintenance Tasks lists, and Execution Parties.  Involving in Electrical Equipment Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 33KV Switchgear, 6.6kV Switchgear, 6.6kV Variable Frequency Drive (VFD), 415 Volt Switchboard, 415 Volt MCC (Motor Control Centre), UPS System, Distribution boards (DB), lighting fixtures and power distribution boards cabling, accessories and etc.  Involving in Instrument System & Device Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Distributed Control System (DCS), Emergency Shut Down System( ESD), Flow Metering, Automatic Tank Gauge System & Device (TGS), FGS System (Fire & Gas) , Telecommunication including CCTV & etc, Process Instrument system (Motorized Operated Valve-MOV, Level Transmitter-LT, Pressure Transmitter-PT, Actuated Ball Valve and Magnetic Gauges, etc.), cabling, accessories and etc  Drive with Commissioning Team to ensure construction activities are complete in accordance with project needs in general and compatible with project schedule and cost objectives in particular including liaised with subcontractor, vendor, commissioning and engineering department.  Review every Inspection Test Plan (ITP), make sure QC follow as per procedure and do the inspection with all relevant party.  Familiar with the technical functions in Exploration & Production (E&P) environment.
