Key Responsibilities: • Manage and mentor a team of sales engineers to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop customized solutions • Prepare proposals, technical specifications, and pricing quotes for clients • Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations for clients • Collaborate with engineering, production and installation teams to ensure successful project execution • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners

Key responsibilities as below; ⦁ Responsible for AMHS product design and development using 3D CAD software and other simulation tools. ⦁ Responsible for translating customer’s requirement into design specification, evaluate design feasibility & provide technical expertise to meet demands including planning and management of mechanical design schedule. ⦁ Prepare conceptual design, 3D Model, 2D drawings for mechanical piece parts, assembly drawings & BOMs ⦁ Provide technical support & documentation to relevant departments during in-house & on-site activities. ⦁ Responsible for planning & managing project schedule. ⦁ Lead junior engineer (s) by providing detail guideline/reference according to design specification. ⦁ Responsible for designing & implementing cost-effective design for continuous improvement of current products. Key accomplishments: ⦁ Pioneered the use of a simulation software to effectively gauge the effectiveness of a AMHS which ultimately path the way for team members’ future usage in negotiation/discussion with clients. ⦁ Able to provide a cost-down design of an existing product which provided the company a much better margin in short time after joining the company.

Key Responsibilities: ⦁ Work closely with program sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned engineering managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives ⦁ Coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of program ⦁ Develop and manage budget for programs and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives ⦁ Analyse, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders ⦁ Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance for NPI products ⦁ Lead program recovery to steer troubled program back on track ⦁ Project Management by utilizing tools such as SmartSheet, Google Sheet, Power Point, Google Docs, AGILE and JIRA. Key accomplishments: ⦁ Able to adapt and understand company process flow quickly while ensuring programs are being delivered even during the worldwide COVID-19 pandemic.

Key Responsibilities: ⦁ Managing job scope and work schedule of engineers,assistant engineers and draftman. ⦁ Provide technical support for design analysis, 3D modelling, drafting and modification scope on projects. Key accomplishments: ⦁ Built and sustained a young team from scratch to execute engineering tasks. ⦁ Directed a team that is split into multiple groups to work on various projects at the same time. ⦁ Developed new quality standards for better quality drawings and 3D modelling.
