- Monitor, schedule, and replace television advertisements across multiple national stations, ensuring adherence to budget and audience targets for key accounts - Serve as the primary liaison among National Account Managers, Inside Sales Representatives, Revenue Management, Inventory Management, and Traffic teams to guarantee that advertisements are executed in accordance with contract specifications - Oversee the maintenance and updating of all advertisement placements, addressing any preemptions or scheduling changes promptly - Deliver comprehensive reports to clients, verifying expenditure and audience reach, three times annually - Renegotiate contracts across all stations on a tri-annual basis, adapting to audience fluctuations - Generate daily reports to confirm that no advertisements have been displaced, promptly arranging replacements if necessary - Provide timely updates to clients and agencies regarding contract status upon request

- Provide expert guidance to clients on the claims process, promoting and selling packages from preferred vendors - Clearly explain the differences between coverage types, advising clients on the benefits of enhancing their policies - Coordinate rental vehicles, appraisals, and body shop appointments for repairs, ensuring compliance with protocols across various insurance companies - Arrange towing services and collaborate with police officers and fire departments in real-time to establish action plans. - Facilitate access to injury specialists for clients requiring rehabilitation and recovery support - Offer tailored claim counseling, assessing the appropriateness of filing a claim based on each client’s unique needs - Support clients with property loss claims, cybercrime and fraud claims, and workers’ compensation cases
