• Led the Freight Spend Cost out Projects, driving initiatives to reduce freight costs while assisting in network planning for Air and Ocean transportation. • Managed Global Freight Spend Analysis, conducting thorough variance and inflation analyses to optimize freight expenditures and improve cost efficiencies. • Conducted freight spend analysis for all plants and managed supplier data within the Oracle system, streamlining processes and enhancing data accuracy and integrity within the logistics domain.
