 Set up new POS network at Mekong Delta in order to achieve company target  Train and coach sales rep daily, monthly and quarterly by coaching to Business Development Supervisor  Solicit and maintain relationship with current potential Dealer in the region  Manage and responsible for all activities of company to Mekong Delta region  Establish, build up the form in order to report and organize management system for Region  Deploy, supervise reporting system  Implement, supervise tactical activities of marketing campaign in the Region  Conduct regional sales meeting and communicate new strategies to the region area force  Analyze market trends, consumer preferences as well as provide valuable input to the marketing department  Make sure that region achieve all company objectives: Production, Manpower, Productivity, Risk  Effectively utilize the promotion budget for assigned region and feedback the result  Ensure commercial plan and marketing will be done by each employee of the team  Ensure high level of employees engagement and drive employee capability development
