- In charge of analyzing and preparing business and system requirements for the core card systems. - Ensure proper due diligence and gap analysis is done for application implementation against the business requirements. - Work cohesively with the application vendor’s application supporters to get the required knowledge transfer for the product knowledge and business process in core card System. - Providing system/application support for end user and know-how supports to internal teams. - Managing and leveraging between end user’s expectation and the base lined business requirements - Supporting User test for the project sign off. - Work with external Openway vendor to follow up core card system issues/enhancement. - Configure the core system business rules for setup new products in core. - Develop core card system APIs and other customization with other teams to fit to business needs. - Support core card system operation (co-work with ICT operation team and ICT development team).

-Operating, exploiting and deploying plans and programs for production and business on core telecommunications and information technology application systems such as (mSocial, SCR, KMTD, Interchange, Reporting, Evoucher Support, OCS Support, etc.). - Monitor and coordinate the upgrade of application server systems and the operation of applications. - Receive, handover, deploy, install and configure application software. - Exploiting data for MobiFone's production and business activities. - Support sales service for 9 companies and MobiFone's partners. - Manage important system databases, participate in backups, and optimize when needed.
