Equipment included Fire Water / Deluge systems, Air Compressors, Water plant, Alkylate, Dimerization and Butane Systems. Accepted an active role with LOTO, PTW and Operator training. Upon 2 months on the project I was promoted to Commissioning Manager. July 2023 I accepted a successful completion for the Cough project.

Duties included day to day commissioning operations for Gas, Air, Nitrogen, and LNG systems. Planning and execution with Construction, Turnover, Vendors, Equipment Start Up Nitrogen purging and Tank Cooldown including training with Operations. Accepted a successful Completion November 2022.

Support the Start Up phase including performance testing. Organize and implement Interface with Utilities blocks including Pre Commissioning, Commissioning and complex start up. Became responsible as the Area Manager for the completion of the two (2) Crude Oil Boiler Trains including Air Quality Control System (first in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia). Duties include: Coordinated, planned, organized and implemented completion of the Crude Oil Boilers, SCR & AQCS including: steamblowing activities for the entire facility to include Very High Pressure, Medium Pressure and Low Pressure steam systems. Also, coordinated, planned, organized and implement Chemical Cleaning activities for all systems required. Review and define proper cleaning criteria to achieve Mechanical Completion per system(s). Coordinated, organized and defined Punch list items priorities. Coordinated, defined and participated integrated with Construction to commissioning turnover interface. Organize and implement Interface with Utilities blocks including Construction Mechanical Completion, Pre Commissioning and complex start up. • Completed 4 crude oil boiler trains with various components, including the SCR and air quality control systems (AQCS). • Enforced correct chemical cleaning procedures for all systems and ensured proper maintenance of each equipment. • Collaborated with vendors and the engineering team ensure smooth construction of each component within budget.

• Directed the construction and commissioning of 6 Alstom HRSG by managing the client’s commissioning team through the operational process and turnover to plant operations. • Engaged with clients and build trust through developing and implementing safe work practices and new procedures. • Trained over 25 client plant operators in overall plant operations and individual instrumentation.
