-Cashew Import and Export coordinator (Direct FOB and into Bonded Warehouse) -Prepare contracts and documents -Work on customer’s complaints and resolve them -Follow up payment to suppliers and from customers (TT, DP, L/C, CAD) -Book space and coordinate with suppliers for timely ISF/SI/VGM sumittance -Sharply check all export and import documents to ensure all are in order as per SI -Manage delivery from suppliers and shipment schedule to customers -Coordinate with company trading offices, competent authorities, bonded warehouse, quality controllers, accounts department for ensuring contract’s execution & commitment -Coordinate closely with suppliers, customers, carriers, transportation company for smooth export-import process, to ensure timely booking of vessels, timely dispatch of shipping documents etc -Liaise with forwarding company for custom clearance, follow up the status and solve issues related -Keep track of incoming shipments, vessels schedule, loading and unloading process at contract level on a daily basis -Do contract final calculation regarding to Weight and Quality claim -Arrange for sample courier as required -Identify opportunities and initiates process improvement initiatives to improve shipment performance -Researching potential vendors -Comparing and evaluating offers from suppliers -Negotiating contract terms of agreement and pricing -Review quality of purchased products -Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases -Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage -Attend trade shows, conference and exhibitions to stay up-to-date with relating industry trends -Coordinates and resolves problems with end user departments and suppliers. -Coordinate with Accounts for Audit purpose and annual report as required -Check and approve bag sampe/carton design/arfwork/markings for suppliers -Other duties are required by the Traders, Product head, and company trading offices
