From Jan 2017 to June 2018: - Organized big events and projects for school, eg. BRI Conference (200 attendees), InSITE conference (200 partcipants), Tourism & Hospitality (150 guests), etc. - Moderated SBM Facebook page and news to Staff Updates to achieve RMIT Media Star Award in 2017 - Provided high quality and timely services for students: students' transfer, study tour, internship, competitions - Collaborated with internal and external stakeholders for program admin, contract signing, payment, and accounting services - Worked in team to mentor and advise more than 600 students under program changes during 2017. From Sep 2015 to Dec 2016: - Directly run daily tasks, reports, decisions of the Deputy Head of Centre (Learning & Teaching) - Facilitated CoCM Learning & Teaching Committee to achieve strategic priorities and academic KPIs - Supported Deputy Head's research activities

Research Assistant for project on "How environment issues are reported on Vietnam media": - Analyse and select articles on 4 newspapers: Tuoi tre, Nhan Dan, Vietnamnet, An Ninh The Gioi and VTV 7pm news (national news bulletin). - Translate more than 300 articles ( app. 180,000 words) from Vietnamese to English. - Data coding using NVivo data analysis software.

Tan Phu My is a private company specialized in garment production of woven clothes. The company clients are mainly from Korean, Japan, and the US. As a director assistant, my main role was generating reports about company performance in each division: HR, Accounting, Planning and Production. - Negotiated with clients for production contracts, company profiles, company image, in and out mails. - Organised and interpreted meetings between executive board and clients. - Developed HR database to record employees’ info. - Managed employees from recruitment to end of contract - Coordinated in production planning (import & export materials, approval of samples from QC & QA) - Facilitated "5S & Kaizen – Lean Manufacturing” training workshop for over 200 employees. - Assisted accountant in controlling payment transactions

Founded in 2000, IIG is a leading organization in Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia and Myanmar in testing and educational quality accreditation. In Vietnam, IIG Vietnam provides a comprehensive range of education solutions from teaching, learning to evaluating English and IT proficiency in educational institutions and corporations, as well as tools to support training (online learning programs, language labs, and advisory on teaching curriculum) etc.

Research project is entitled “Vietnamese perceptions of littering: Creating awareness of sustainable waste disposal practices.” The project will collect data via intercept interviews in the 5 largest cities in Vietnam and an online survey. The intercept interviews will be conducted at suburban shopping centres in Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Danang, Hai Phong and Can Tho. The duties of the City Research Assistant are: • Assist in selecting two (2) appropriate sites for conducting the intercept interviews • Recruit 10 Interview Research Assistants for the city • Assist the Chief Investigator in training the Interviewers • Manage Interviewers while preparing for the intercept interviews • Assist the Chief Investigator in managing the interviewers during the interview process The project had incubated green mind for members in RMIT Environment Club, HN.
